Challenge Events
Challenge events are a great way of raising money for good causes whilst participants launch themselves from their comfort zones to achieve something they never thought was possible!
KenyanAdventure Challenges provide UK charities with a fantastic opportunity to offer supporters an innovative new way to fundraise by organising volunteer trips in local communities across Kenya.
From Community Work with Children and Sports Coaching to Building Houses and Teaching in Schools, you can choose from a range of projects and adventure activities to create the perfect, bespoke trip for your organisation.
You can choose the length of your trip - from 10 days to 4 weeks.
You can also set the minimum level of sponsorship money that each volunteer needs to raise for your designated charity in order to participate.
We will provide you with a private link to a page on our website, dedicated to your challenge event which you can direct enquiries to.

Fundraising is becoming increasingly difficult for many charities and
organisations because of fewer available grants, the current economic climate
and increased competition for funding. As a result, it is important that
supporters are offered new, innovative ways of supporting their favourite
charity/organisation.
Volunteering abroad - particularly in Africa - is becoming increasingly popular due to extensive media coverage and a desire from a growing number of people who want to spend their free time doing something more productive than sitting on a beach.
A KenyanAdventure Challenge helps organisations generate significant funding by offering supporters the opportunity to volunteer in Africa as part of a group, whilst needing to raise sponsorship money for the charity they are completing their KenyanAdventure Challenge for.
Why would an individual want to participate in a KenyanAdventure Challenge?
- Further personal development
- Improve social awareness and knowledge of wider issues
- Encourage independence
- Raise money for good cause in the UK
- Give something back to the wider community
- Develop new skills
- Help develop local projects in impoverished communities
Choosing to spearhead a KenyanAdventure Challenge is also beneficial to the organisation itself because it displays/encourages -
- Excellent PR coverage in the local community
- A commitment to helping the wider community
- A commitment to forward-thinking, dynamic fundraising events
- Supporters to become actively involved in YOUR events
